My Maternity Shoot Deets!

I’m so thrilled to be able to share my maternity pictures with you guys. I seriously love them so much. With us taking so many pictures it took me a while to decide which color I wanted to go with for this shoot. I wanted to do something we haven’t done before. Eventually I decided to go with an emerald green. So glad I did. It’s such an elegant color. I also knew I wanted a formal look for me, the girls, and Bryan. Let me let yall in on a little photoshoot hack…there’s a local seamstress that I use to make me and the girl’s pieces when I want to go for a formal look for all three of us. As we all know, buying formal dresses from a department store can get very pricey, especially for three people. Believe it or not, I’m very frugal when it comes to fashion. I love taking affordable pieces and styling them to make them look more expensive. I just had to buy the fabric, bring it to a local seamstress, show him the designs and he makes it happen. I ended up paying less for all three of our dresses than I would’ve paid just for the ONE dress I’m wearing in the pictures if it were from a department store. Your mouth would be on the floor if you knew how much I paid for all three of these dresses! I was nervous about my stamina for this shoot. I have really bad pelvic pain so I’m moving around really slowly. I also get short of breath pretty quickly. But I made it through, thank God! I really desired for this photoshoot to take place because I have such beautiful maternity pictures from my previous two pregnancies. I wanted to make sure I captured some as well with my last pregnancy. So glad I was able to because this is my favorite maternity shoot out of the 3. Shhhh, don’t tell Carrington or Channing lol. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do!
